In early October, the Concord-Carlisle Community Chest organized a winter coat drive to assist the families at Concord’s Emergency Shelter for Families Experiencing Homelessness. With the onset of colder weather, warm clothing was urgently needed. New and gently used coats, sized infant to adult, were collected. The Society of Saint Vincent de Paul, Concord-Carlisle Conference was happy to contribute $1200 in gift cards to enable the organizers to procure the most needed sizes. Individual Conference members also purchased new coats for this effort.

Thanks to our donors and Conference members for making this quick response possible.
